PROCESSING AND SHIPPING POLICY:
All orders received prior to 1:00PM Mountain time will be processed the same day. We will attempt to ship those shipments out the same day. However, we have no control of our carrier’s cut off time, therefore, even though we may have shipped your package, it may not start moving until the next business day.
Any shipping timeframe we give is an estimate, as we cannot control any that happens once the carrier has received the package.
Most orders of $150+ will be shipped FREE to your business. Certain items will not qualify for free shipping due to their size, weight, and/or shipping restrictions. FREE shipping carrier will be at our discretion. If you wish to upgrade your shipping or select your specific carrier, please inquiry with us at boisenailsupply@gmail.com.
RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
We guarantee all products against manufacturer defect. Defective products must be reported to us within 7 days for us to process a return/replacement. All defective merchandise must be returned in their original packaging with an original receipt.
Any discrepancy with your order must be reported to us within 3 days after you receive the shipment. We keep photographs of every order we pack to ensure maximum accuracy from our staff.
Due to sanitation and hygienic reasons, we do not accept return or exchange on: gel/polish, essentials/prep solutions (top coat, base coat, primer, etc.), acrylic/dip powder, implements (nippers, pushers, clippers, etc.), jewelry, etc. In short, sales items whose main usage involves touching of body parts or skin are FINAL.
All return requests must be received within 7 days after delivery. All requests must be approved before you ship back. All returned items must be in their original UNUSED and SEALED/UNOPENED condition. All returns will incur a 15% restocking fee plus original shipping fee (from free shipping, if applicable). Unfortunately, certain items are not factory sealed when produced. Thus, if a product can be a sanitation hazard, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
Free shipping only applies to the initial shipment. For any product exchange (excluding manufacturer defective products), customer is responsible for all shipping charges back to us, plus the cost to reship the item back out.
Any return shipment to us must be accompanied by the original receipt and must have a valid tracking number.
What personal data we collect and why we collect it
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

How long we retain your data

Payments
We accept payments through Authorize.net. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to Authorize.net, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information.
